1. What exactly is the DFY pet video creation service?
We create a customized video of your pet using the photos you provide. You simply upload or send the images after payment, and we handle everything else, including editing, transitions, music, and captions.
2. How do I upload my pet’s photos for the video?
After completing your purchase, you will receive a link to a secure upload page, or other instructions so that you can easily provide your pet’s photos.
3. How many photos can I include in the video?
You can include up to 40 photos in the standard package. If you want to include more than 40 images, an additional charge will apply.
4. What happens if I want to include more than 40 photos?
No problem! You can include additional photos for an extra charge, which will be calculated based on the number of additional images you provide.
5. How much does it cost for additional photos beyond 40?
For every 10 additional photos beyond the first 40, there is an extra charge which we will discuss before we begin to fulfill your order. This will be added to your final bill before receipt of your finalized video.
6. What format should my photos be in?
We accept most standard image formats, including .JPG, .PNG, and .JPEG. Please make sure your images are high-quality for the best video result.
7. Can I choose the music for the video?
Yes, We will discuss the music at the time we discuss your order, or you can provide your own music, as long as you own the rights to use it.
8. What if I don’t have music preferences?
No worries! If you don’t choose any music, our team will select a fitting soundtrack based on the theme of your video. Or if you prefer no music will be added.
9. How long will my pet video be?
The length of the video depends on the number of photos you provide. Typically, videos range from 2 to 5 minutes, but custom durations can be arranged.
10. Can I add captions or text to the video?
Absolutely! You can provide captions or text to be displayed throughout the video. Just include this information when we discuss your video.
11. What if I want to make changes after the video is completed?
We offer one round of revisions at no additional cost. If further changes are required, additional charges may apply.
12. How long does it take to receive my completed video?
Our standard turnaround time is 5-7 business days. However, expedited services are available for an additional fee. Sometimes our timeline will increase as our orders increase or decrease. Order early for holiday videos!
13. What if I don’t like the final video?
We want you to love your video! If you’re not satisfied, you can request one round of revisions at no extra charge. We’ll work with you to make adjustments.
14. Can I include videos of my pet, or is it just for photos?
Currently, our service is designed for photos only. However, we may be able to accommodate very short video clips, if you have a few.
15. Do you provide a preview of the video before the final version is sent?
Yes, you will view a preview for your approval before we deliver the final version. This gives you the chance to request any changes.

20. Do you offer refunds if I change my mind?
